I'm still having trouble with ATT billing on all my stuff! If the coverage wasn't so good, I wouldn't even consider them. The monthly billing is almost always wrong. Had the same problem when I lived in Missouri. Left them for 6 years and have had them again for another 5 years. It's just something I put up with....a monthly call to ATT to straighten out the bill.

---and they aren't the only phone company in town anymore- but they still act like they are.
