I see cabbies beaten up by pasengers at least once daily. some report those incidents, some don't thinking there is already no justice for cabbies so notifying cops won't help.

that's why all cabbies must post warning placards on backseat, so passengers might think of law before they use any racial slurs and physically attack a cabbie. George himself was oppsed to this and these days, he is cozying up with REYES who is responsible of flooding the chicago streets with mroe cabs, more under trained drivers and with so many unfair regulations. George really isnot helping cabbies but always tells us in his newspaper about what REYES wants us to hear.
