it won't matter, because for few days it maybe ok but than it is back to dooms day working 12 hours and making $42.00.
we got too many cabs on chicago streets. sometimes more cabs than private cars and ridership is so low.
we also got too many unqualified, unprofessional new drivers. we also got too many unfair regulations.
I have already stopped driving. staying at home and looking for another job.
