TAXICAB INDUSTRY NOTICE

May 29, 2009

One Year Vehicle Age Extension Requests

REMINDER: the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection will be accepting requests for vehicle extension through June 30, 2009.

Be advised that no late requests will be accepted.

Request will be reviewed only for the following:

2006 - Fleet Sedans
2005 - Owner/Operator vehicles, Vans, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles, LWB Crown Victorias
2004 - Hybrids or alternative fuel vehicles

Please do not submit a request for a vehicle other that those listed above. Due to the volume of requests, responses will NOT be sent for any vehicle that is not listed above.

All requests will be reviewed by July 31, 2009.
