Michael Jackson is the man who ran over a cabdriver three times with his own cab! He was found guilty of second degree murder but when he gets sentenced, HE MIGHT NOT EVEN GET JAIL TIME!

On September 19 there will be the sentencing phase for Michael Jackson. Cabdrivers need to go to the court house on September 19 to make sure that Jackson gets justice for what he did. The maximum sentence for second degree murder is only 20 years.

No cabdrivers are going to show up at the sentencing. They don't care. Don't hold your breath. I don't even think you'll even go there yourself.

Why is the murder of a cab driver taken so lightly? If he murdered a police officer, he would have gotten the death penalty.
