Aims to Offer Unparalleled Taxi Dispatch Services to Drivers & Passengers

Ottawa, Canada, October 4th, 2007 – Mobile Knowledge Corp. (“MKC”) welcome 24-7 Yellow Cab as the latest member of the rapidly expanding eXpert Dispatch System (“XDS”) community. The Company will initially equip 65 vehicles of its growing fleet with the MKC in-vehicle Mobile Data Terminals (“MDT”) that will be delivered as part of this project

The MKC taxi dispatch solution selected by 247 Yellow Cab includes the eXpert Dispatch System call center software, Internet Booking Module, N-Gate GPRS communications, as well as the Series 9008 with integrated Taximeter and Destinator Navigation software. The VGA screen of the Series 9008 permits simultaneous viewing of multiple features of the MDT software application including integrated Taximeter, Turn-by-Turn Navigation and General Messaging. This provides Drivers with a single consolidated view of the world and minimizing the temptation to navigate to different screens while the vehicle is in motion.

The Mobile Knowledge Series 9008 and eXpert Dispatch Software together offer fleet operators an end-to-end Microsoft Windows based system, suitable for fleets ranging in size from ten to more than 1,000 vehicles. Use of the Public Data Networks operated by Cingular, Sprint, Verizon and others ensures the widest coverage available and ensures maximum connectivity between the Call-Center and Driver, enhancing safety and performance.
