That driver's action may result in an accident, injury or death of another person.

Even if someone calls you a filthy so-and-so, pay him back with kindness.

Forget about the fools who infest the streets.

Go around them when possible, stop until they get out of the way when necessary.

Sometimes a tap (or blast) of the horn helps them along, but watch out for the bird!
