The city of Chicago, Department of Consumer Services has recently released their draft rules for public chauffeurs. Public comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., 12/31/07. Comments should be sent to:

The pdf file is very large - ver 13 megs.

I have a pretty fast computer and dsl internet feed, but the download locked

after finally getting the thing, the Acrobat Reader locked up.

I have emailed DCS to see if they could break up the giant pdf file into smaller sections.
