I think city's requirement to accept credit cards as form of payment by passenger is unlawful and illegal.

I think we should ask the city to stop the law to require us to accept credit cards or pay us 5% as compensetion for each credit card we have to accept because we are rippid off 5% of the credit card amount when we cash the credit card payment.

Otherwise we should file a lawsuit against the CITY OF CHICAGO for unfair bussiness practice that costs us our own money. We are losing the tip of the credit card payment.

This is very wrong by the city and absolutely unfair for drivers.

You might be better off going after the businesses and government agancies, including our fair City, that charge "credit card usage fees" over and above the payment.
