In summeer time, as you may aware, there are ugly goofy drivers cut the long (or short sometimes) line to go in front, to pick up. Some of them steal after they drop a customer. Many diferent occasion I told and showed the Navy Pier security, they politely responded that their priority is the pedestrians's safety. I would like the DCS do something about it.
