Let's boycott the food stand at O'Hare staging

August 14th 2008

To all cabdrivers!

I plan to get the cabdrivers together, to boycott the food stand at O'Hare Airport.

Starting Monday for one week, from August 18th to August 25th, I would like drivers to bring your food from home. Food from home is cheaper and it's more heathier than that expensive garbage food they sell at the airport.

I will print this letter and fax it to Norma Reyes, commissioner at the City of Chicago, Department of Consumer Services. The commissioner has denied the cabdrivers a raise, but let her see how we're paying everybody elses raise from the restaurant menus.

1.) These prices are too high. The consumer service office should do something about this.

2.) $2.06 for a small bottle of water, when there
are other places you can buy the water for $1.10.

3.) $1.00 for a bannana, where you can buy it cheaper somewhere else.

4.) $1.00 for one orange, where you can buy more than one orange for $1.00 somewhere else.

5.) The kitchen isn't clean, and the eating counter is always a mess. Where's the health department to investigate this?

So drivers please, pass the word on to other drivers and bring your food from home.

Thank you

Ted Budzynski

Ted, I agree with you.

Thank you Steve.

Re: Let's boycott the food stand at O'Hare staging

I never eat there no more. That place is sick. That place needs to be shut down. I always bring my own lunch. That is a salad.

Re: Let's boycott the food stand at O'Hare staging

I'm down for that. The food there sucks anyway.

Re: Let's boycott the food stand at O'Hare staging

Ted,

I'm with you. I won't be eating there during your boycott.

George

Re: Re: Let's boycott the food stand at O'Hare staging

i heard george wanted to make a story about this so he set up ted, yelled at the police and will get us all in trouble by tickets. is it true?

Re: Re: Re: Let's boycott the food stand at O'Hare staging

You don't know what you're talking about. George didn't set me up on anything. It was my decision to boycott the food stand at the O'Hare staging area, and I called George so he'd get a story on it.

The Chicago Dispatch will be out either tomorrow or Saturday. So read the dispatch and you'll know for sure what happened and why police were involved.

This had nothing to do with you or getting other drivers in trouble. So stop blaming George.

To Hassn

I met Ted several times, but I do not have a chance to talk with Ted. Even I do not talk with Ted a lot,but I feel Ted is one of honest person who make a decision by himself. So I would like to recommend you, please do not judge him with related George.

I believe the boycott action done by Ted's decision with his honor. I hope Mr. Hassan would understand what I want to give a message in here without any offence to you.
