Prez. Foulks -m- this guy has no defense other than a defect between the ears.

Once, ok, maybe he was railroaded. This guy has been busted twice for this kind of stuff. Fool us once, fine. He didn't fool anyone the second time. This is why the judge gave a felony conviction, jail time, and felony mental health probation. I thought the amount demanded was 250k? Delusional, denial, multiple personalities, whatever. Just call it mental illness. The judge did. She even ordered and evaluation of D. Foulks mental fitness while he was waiting for trial.

The Prez of the CC-0 is related to the victim. He pled out due to the fact he knew his victim and also had inside knowledge from other family members that this victim wasn't going to drop the charges. If someone was railroaded a second time he/she would stand up and fight. This wasn't the case here. The Prez pulled his fat out of the fire with his guilty plea. He was sure to be burned to a crisp if he didn't. His public defender should have gotten an award for helping this guy avoid a year or so in the pen. Or perhaps avoiding a rubber room.

A sane person might surmise that the PD comitted a crime against the general public by getting this guy back out on the streets so quickly. Once Foulks was in jail he reverted back to his good behavior personality and realized a good deal when he saw it. He still might be under some sort of court imposed restrictions today if he didn't plead guilty to the crimes he had comitted and instead went to trial.

Multiple personality, delusional, denial, whatever other kind of mental illness you want to hang on this guy, he has displayed it all here on this forum. The dangerous ones seem to be able to go back into a so called "normal" person if needed. This illness makes Foulks a dangerous person. Should a person like this even be operating a public passenger vehicle for hire? How many really want his name tied to any drivers movement? Will the city leak this guy out when we get a full head of steam going in our movement to discredit us?

Daley was quick years ago after a drivers strike day to say the cab drivers don't belong to this city. He would be quick to say we're a bunch of hoods as well if we make him look bad. We need to make sure a correct vote is help this time. Mike needs to be in a rubber room, not pretending to represent us.

Re: Donald Nathan is a bad lawyer. Cabdrivers should avoid him. Wolf Weiss is stupid.

you just figured that out, Einstein?

anybody who bothers to answer to idiots like this must be pretty stupid.
