I heard the three gentlemen on this radio program this morning and was impressed with the eloquence with which each of you spoke. You don't sound like the majority of drivers I've encountered over the years but each of you made very good points. I was especially impressed with George ? from the Chicago Dispatcher. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hear somebody in the taxi business care about your customers. I've had experiences where neither drivers nor companies seemed to care about problems I've had as a customer. I am your customer. Right now, customers are hard to come by in any business. Don't take us for granted.
