Not to difficult for the mechanical minded, a 4 out of 10 probably. the biggest problem may come with your insurance and EU regulations depending on when your car was registered.

I fitted a Quick Detachable hitch to my TC, it involved removal of the fuel tank for access and welding. Can send you some pics and details if you require.
