Just a thought at the moment but looking ahead to the New Year, the most likely date for this event is Sunday 23rd Feb.
Unless I get some better suggestions in the next month or so, I am tempted to try The Woodman near Ide Hill again.

This is just a provisional suggestion at the moment feed-back welcome!

A second meeting place has been suggested, "The Bell" at Smarden in Kent, any thoughts OR more options please!

The 23rd Feb is now the probable/preferred date.

I am going to stick to the 23rd of February for this event; but I am still waiting for input regarding the venue!

I would like to book this event within 2 weeks so any suggestions by then please.
