There is nothing too special about the rear seat. It is just two squabs of foam on a board at 90 degrees to each other. Next time I go to my car (stored away from home)I will try to remember to take some measurements.

Cheers again Paul. After I'd written the post I remembered I have actually got something here. I have a dual-front passenger seat from an old and old Citroen Relay 6 wheel crew-cab recovery lorry, (same as Ducato, Talbot Express, Peugeot J5 etc). Narrow, rectangular and facility for the female seat-belt buckle. Also, it has head-restraints which as I'll be carrying my lad about in it seems a good idea. Not only that but the backrest folds down to turn it into a table so it can be folded down when the tonneau is in use. I'll take a tape to it in the next few days and report back. If it is way out then I'll let you know and I'll make one so measurements would be very useful. Thanks again.

I have now had the chance to measure the seat I have in my TA. It measures:

70mmx300mmx905mm for the backrest
70mmx385mmx905mm for the seat base

thanks Paul, I'll use those measurements as a guide to see if the Citroen Relay dual-passenger seat stands a chance of fitting and if not use the measurements to make something. Regards
PS fitted an original oil pump body with new gears and all is well now.
