thanks. That's the best price I've seen so far. I've ordered the tyres from "Mytyres" so unless i find someone with an on-car or good quality bubble bouncer balancer I'll buy the cones from MGOC

My experience of the bubble balancers is that they don't work with tube tyres. The water seeps in through the spoke holes and messes it all up.

Another option is DynaBeads - I have a set but as I found a chap in Aberystwyth with cones I haven't needed to use them. A car set will cost almost as much as cones anyway.
