I am new to this forum and am about to embark on a TF project. I am sure I will have lots of questions in the coming months (years) but for now has anyone reconditioned/rechromed Wire Wheels? Is there a company out that that would do it or would the cost be too high?

I would like wire wheels but they are expensive to buy new unless I can get a donor with them on.

Peter - Wire wheels occasionally come up on ebay so you could look there - I may even be bidding against you as mine are now missing few spokes - In fact they have always been missing !! - but I have taken the view that the NG is so light it won't be too much of a danger !!
