I think the best option (which I have) is the NG supplied one which looks good and hinges for access to the spare wheel. However it is very expensive (around 350 to 400 GBP)! You could get a "standard" one from the likes of Europa with extension legs for around 100 GBP but you would need to make up some sort of hinge or release mechanism to get to the spare.
