Hi Mike. My TF has four each side measuring 18" x 1/2".

They appear to be made of a strip of aluminium alloy with a central rubber strip, which you cut to length and then shape to a point at each end. I seem to remember that there are detailed instructions in my build manual. If you would like me to email them please let me know. All the best. David

Thanks for the reply, it was the sizes I needed as I am about to order some strips and I wasn't sure what width to get.

My running board strips are each 724mm long (720 after tapering, rounding and finishing) and 15mm wide. There are 4 each side.
