Hi. just done a search to find info on my other kitcar(a Griffon)and it through up the March 06 changing gear mag. A letter in the mag says that the plot of a recent TV show "Lewis" revolved around a small car company called Griffon, and featured amongst other things a modified Merlin. I must admit I never saw the TV show. My question for the vast NG knowlege bank :-)) is. Was this a Merlin or was it a Griffon?

I remember watching the pilot, but I'm not sure which it was. I believe the show also featured an NG TF though it was a short clip.

I hadn't realised there is a kit car called a Griffon and assumed the "Lewis" drama just used this for the story. The "Griffon" car used was, I understand, a re-badged Merlin and the NG featured only for such a short moment that I missed it. May be I'd better get the DVD that Mick suggests so I can study it.
