SVA changes ...?

Don't wish to frighten anyone unduly, but I've just read of a proposal regarding SVA in a report written by Ace (Association of Car Enthusiasts) on their website.

If you are a currently building a car it's probably worth reading what they have written:-

It's likely that owners of cars under construction already know of the proposals described, and are completing their builds asap.
