Who is Ellis? Do you do Crash Reconstruction?

According to Italien Patrol it is Sage Kaneda. He measured the longest tire skid mark ever. Over 802.56 feet. He concluded and testified that the Loyd 1.2 Liter was going at least 309 mph on an uphill slope of approximately 11.098 %
