Hi! I'm a new student here at MSHS. I'm Laura and I'm from Indiana. I just received all my materials last week! I was/am so excited and happy about that. I have a question about my dog. He is a large White German Shepherd about 8-10 years old. He has a perianal tumor that is nearing the size of a ping-pong ball. It seemed to grow up out of nowhere and although it doesn't seem to cause him any pain, he does try to chew at it (obviously can't get that far though, LOL). We did have the vet biopsy it and although anal gland cancer is usually very serious, in his case they did determine that this tumor is benign. It would be close to $600 dollars for him to have surgery to have it removed, and we are just not in a position to be able to do that right now. Is there anything I can do for him herbally that could help with this... to help possibly remove or greatly shrink this growth, and also help to ease his discomfort in the meantime?
