Belize Guided Tours - Belize ZIp Line Canopy Tour

Belize Guided Tours Zip Line Canopy Tour. After gearing up you are sent down a practice run, then you follow a trail through the jungle to each platform. There is some steep irregular steps, but everyone made it through safely. On this course, you wear a leather gloves with one of them also having a thick leather pad which you use for braking. You need to keep your brake hand on one cable and your other hand holds the harness you are hanging from. To slow down you pull down with your braking hand.

Their rules say you can not take pictures while on the zipline because you can not use 2 hands on a camera and still use the brake. But they do allow Go Pro helmet mounts and they allowed those who had a camera mounted on a monopod to hold that in one had to take video. I carried a small point and shoot camera in a hip pouch to take pictures from the platforms before or after a run.

I have been on several ziplines before. Even though this has only 9 runs, I found it all to be quite fun and enjoyed this experience better than those that are longer.

Belize Cruise Port - Cave Tubing and Zip Line

Where do you live

Tampa Bay, Fl.

My family of 6 cruised the Western Caribbean with Carnival Cruise Line last week. The highlight of our cruise was cave tubing and zip line which is done in Belize Cruise Port. I tried to book through the cruise line, but they refused to book my son because he is only 6 years of age. That was a major disappointment. I did some research online and came across this company. I contacted them and explained my situation. I was informed that they can accommodate my son if he is 40 inches tall. That made my day because my son is 43 inches tall. So, I booked a private cave tubing and zip line with this company. We were instructed to board one of the early tenders and meet them at the exit of Terminal #1 at the port. We did just that. We exited our tour guide was holding a sign with my name printed on it.
We boarded the van and off we went. David was our tour guide. As he drove us through the country side to the caves he narrated the history of Belize and told us about the people and their traditions. The drive last about an hour. What was surprising is that the zip line is located in the same area the caves are. So, we voted on doing the caves first since we were the first ones there. We hiked for about 15 minutes. As we hiked David told us about some the plants and we also ate some termites ( minty ). When we got to the entrance of the caves were strapped together and floated through the cave. The cave part of the tour lasted an hour and a half.
After the cave tubing, we went directly to the zip line site. We were geared up and went from one platform to the other. It felt so nice speeding through the air. It’s an experience I will never forget.
After the zip line we were to have a sit down lunch. We decided to have lunch in the van since this will save us some time for our free tour of the zoo. All we did was pay our entrance fees to the zoo. This was full day of fun.
Thank you for sharing your country with my family. I especially thank you for accepting my 6 year old son the tour.
I recommend this company

Belize Guided Tours - Cave tubing, Zipline, and Altun Ha Ruins From San Pedro

Alaska

My family was in San Pedro for a wedding last week. As you know weddings are about love a party. Booking a combination of cave tubing, zipline, and altun ha ruins was another fun party. 14 out of our family of 42 joined in on the tour. We took our cooler with local beers and snacks. We drive to the ruins first. It was a beauty. Spent around an hour at the ruins and dove to the caves. We decided on the zip line before the caves. Wow! Zipping over that river had me screaming. After the zip line we were given a life vest, headlamp, and a inner tube. We hiked for a few minutes to the entrance of the caves. Our tour guide hooked us up together and down the river we went. This was relaxing and refreshing. He towed us through the caves as he explain the history to us. We did about 10 minutes open river tubing until we got to where we started. This was where the cave tubing ended. We then got into some dry clothes and had rice and beans for lunch. Lunch was well prepared.
After lunch we hang out at the park for a while drinking our local beers. After a while be board the van and drove back to Belize City. We were dropped off back at the water taxi. Every one had fun on this tour. We did all three tours without being rushed through them. Our driver cruised with us. There was no speeding. This is top of the line services and It was a private tour.
So, thank you guys for giving my family a fun day.

San Ignacio Cave Tubing and Xunantunich Mayan Ruins

My family stayed at the Cahal Pech Village Resort in San Ignacio for a few days of fun. We booked a combination of Xunantunich Mayan Ruins and Cave Tubing with this company. Albert picked us up early the morning because we wanted to do the ruins before the cruise ship passengers arrived. Oh what a beauty this Mayan ruin is. We were there early and had it for ourselves. Albert is a very informative tour guide. And funny too.
When we were through with the ruins we drove about an hour to the cave. Cruise ship passengers were already there. Albert told us that will not affect our tour in any way. We were comfortable with Albert and trusted his words. The hike was not as long as I expected. Albert told us about Medicinal Plants and the caves. Entering the cave there was a rapid. Albert hooked us up and towed us through the cave. The formations in the caves are amazing. I was so thankful I booked through this company because it was personal services and we were not rushed through the tour. Lunch was ready for us by the time we finished the caves. It was BBQ chicken. It was so tasty I HAD to ask for more. After lunch we drove back to the hotel.
Thank you guys for a fun day. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

It was clean and good value for the money. Close to the airport only 25 usd taxi ride. We hade a room with to beds but only used on for the two of us. It hade tv with a lot of us channels.

The breakfast was 15 usd pp a bit pricy for what you get. Nothing wrong with it. Had fruits like pineapple, papaya and more. Bread and pastry and cheese and so on. A lot to chose from that was hot like scrambled eggs sausage and more.

The pool bar made a very good pina colada. We hade lunch as well chicken burger and finger fish. It was ok but quite pricy. The pool was nice and hade sun beds and towels.

The gym was not very big but had a couple of running bands other condition machines. Some more machines for work out and free wights.
Best of all was hooking up with this company for a trips tour our last day. We did a combination of cave tubing, zip line, and altun ha ruins in one day. Our tour guide was very informative and funny at the same time.

All in all good hotel if you are in transit as we were. Book your adventure with this company. They are great.

We vacationed in San Ignacio for 4 days staying at the San Ignacio Hotel. We booked cave tubing and zip line with Action Boys Belize. Albert was our guide. He picked us up at 7:30 am to avoid the large crowds I the Cave. We got to the zip line around 8:15 am. We did the zip line and it was so much fun. We also zipped across a river.

After the zip line we started a short hike to the caves. Albert told us a lot about the plants, Mayan people, and the history of the caves. It was an informative tour. We were early through the caves, so we had it for ourselves. The formations in the caves, the refreshing water, all of it was very relaxing.
After the caves we changed into some dry clothes and headed for lunch. Lunch of the day was rice and beans with chicken. It was well prepared and very tasty. After lunch we were driven back to our hotel.

I recommend this tour to all. Albert was a very informative tour guide. And best of all, we paid only $80.00 per/ person for the tour since it was 9 of us in our group. Action Boys Belize and Albert, Thank you for accommodating us at such short notice.

We were in San Pedro for a wedding. We stayed at the Caribe. We decided to do a combination of horseback riding, cave tubing, and zip line with this company. It was a fun tour. Our tour guide, Daton, was informative and fun to be with. The horseback riding in the jungle was amazing. The cave tubing and zip line were also fun, but most love the horseback riding more.

Thank you for a fun experience.
