Good morning

Temp here at present is 66 with light rain. 66 is the high for today, temps dropping through the day.

The contractor has just a few more rolls of insulation to install, then hopefully he can get a count on fence posts and get the fence repair going.

Have a good day, ride safe.

Brenda

Re: Good morning

19 here this morning. The 20 mph north wind makes it feel like 3 outside. 43 for a high.

Ride Safe.

Re: Re: Good morning

46 here & the Norther is just starting to make itself known. Summer's over again. I hop those that could went riding yesterday - it was a great day.

Re: Re: Re: Good morning

It was a great day yesterday. Finished my honey do, rode to get the mail and forgot to sewnd a letter to JH & BH and found where the short is on the bike. I was hoping to do that today but the wind is around 300mph and it's only 50, so I probably won't get to fix it.

For those that are counting, Vinnie has 99,446 on the clock. That should roughly be 3 weeks of riding. I've cut back a lot. I'll let y'all know when I hit that magic number.

Live Long & Prosper.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning

Good morning all
A cloudy 39 heading for a cloudy 55, but not much chance of rain. Had a nice ride home by the back gate yesterday afternoon. Only 30 miles, but still better than the 10 I normally ride.
Have the HCT registration on the web. Get your registrations in for the SFR (EV web page) and HCT. Things are shaping up for a great riding season.
Good luck with your repairs Brenda. And good luck with your 100,000 miles MusicMan. Should be well on the way to the second one by HCT time.
See ya in March and April.
Yall have a great day.

You need to ride that bike once and a while. I turned over 48K on the RT last week - haven't even had it two years.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning

If I was independently wealthy like you, and had a job like yours (and RR's), I probably would have 200k on it by now...but some of us hafta work!

Sure, now you're gonna say you work (just like RR says), but I don't believe it!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning

don't you have more miles on the bike than the odometer shows due to replacing the dash?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning

SOME of us work full time unlike others who only work part time. Matter pf fact, I spent today at work.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning

Was gonna keep out of this, but feel I need to defend my self. I WORKED 5 DAYS THIS WEEK!!! That added up to 45 hours plus 1/2 hour each day which I usually spend at work also!! And I have 43,500 miles and like Dave haven't had my bike 2 years yet either!! And in that time the only time the bike has been in the shop is when they uncrated it!!
Should have 45,000 by SFR time.
See ya then.

Good morning

Does MM know how to push people's buttons, or what?

Re: Re: Good morning

I have about 41k now- shoud have 41,300 by SWR, unless I decide to trailer to Alpine.

Re: Re: Re: Good morning

HaHaHa...............good one Richard.

...Push, Push....

Yeah, Speedo was replaced. I was holding the speed about 160mph on a stretch of I-10 up towards Dallas. The Speedo couldn't take it. That was at 44k .

Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning

If you were on I10 near Dallas, you must have been leading a group of bikers.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Good morning
