Question - Morgan Shady Park

I tried all day yesterday to contact Morgan Shady Park to make reservations for HCT, no luck!. Does anyone know when is the best time to contact them?

There's a phone number listed for the campground which probably won't be answered except on weekends but there's a better number - to the boss lady's Mon-Fri business in Junction. However, I can't seem to find that number right now. Dave? Viejo?

There isn't much camping there this time of year. People don't seem to like the 25-35F weather for camping on a river.
