The saga continues. My inherited Wing will have been in the shop for 3 weeks come tomorrow, Tuesday and still no word. BUT as I was waiting for my in-laws to show-up last night around midnight, I got to surfing the net and FOUND the upgraded CDI & CCU for an '88. Normally the CDI cost new $600+ and the CCU new 100+. I have a real hard time buying something New to add to a bike that on the upside I can get $3000 maybe $3500 for. But I found both parts for 67.99 shipping included so now I can make the upgrdes to it and get rid of the dreaded hesitate and surge common to '88s.. I think I will go see about the progress on my Wing tomorrow and it may be sitting in my garage tomorrow night. And it goes on....

I won't be able to make the lunch run the 14th, I have a 80th birthday party to go to at noon for a close friend. Richard Barnhart won't be there neither. Will try to make the one in Bryan.
It's about time to change the oil again, I have 15,725 on it. The new tires and the balance beads worked out great.
