Good evening everyone. Hope you had a Great day!! Finally found time to mount the CT. Seated completely except for about 6 inches on each side of the valve stem. Needs about an 1/8" of an inch to seat completely. I plan to set it out in the sun tomorrow. Maybe it will seat then. Plan on taking it to a MC shop to get it balanced.

If you try bouncing it a few times after it is heated up by the sun, that may help.
