The updated and revised MARC1-2015 software will be available in January of 2015 for a very reasonable cost of $295.00. The no-cost down load was discontinued as of December 2014. All other software programs relating to brake design and safety continue to be no-cost down loads. When asked by our valuable users, we will consider improvements in the future.

The use of the new MARC1-2015 is made simpler, allows measuring units conversion calculations (our metric friends will appreciate that), has an expanded index of terms, and the "About this Module" information was expanded. May favorite change was to include restitution in Module X8, the premier "plastic (e = 0) crash test on paper". In connection with MARC1-4, Low Speed Impact,commonly used A and B-stiffness coefficients can now be a evaluated in in low-speed inline collisions.
