Yes, it's correct to use a comma there because the subordinate clause (underlined) is supplementary to, not integrated into, the matrix clause (in bold). In speech, it would be set off with a slight pause.

You could also insert a comma between "that" and "often" if you liked.

It should read "You could also insert a comma between "that" and "after" if you liked".
