1. "Please return the form to me / myself".

The default pronoun is "me", but override is available in your example so "myself" would also be okay. I can't see any advantage in using "myself", other than the fact that it adds a little emphasis. It's a free choice really.

2. "We're saving up in order / so that we can have a holiday".

"In order" and "so" usually have a similar meaning so you can use one or the other but not both.
