I had to passengers who argued with me about the 1$ extra though they later paid and no tip.

I did explain the law and showed the surcharge sheet on back sheild.

So surcharge is confusing and conflicting with the additional $1 charge for additional passenger.


It's not working and the solution is increase on meter rate.

We need a meter increase. That's right.
