We are just back from a visit in the North point of Scotland, in Caithness. I can\'t stress enough Ian\'s invaluable presence with us. His intimate knowledge of the locations, light angles and vast experience in medium format made our experience not only magical, but rich in assimilation. Landscape is not easy and Ian\'s poetic take on the views, and his didactic abilities helped us to progress so much understand, learn and achieve a lot in a few days. The objectives we had in mind prior to reaching Inverness were blown away, giving us a lot more than we thought we would be able to absorb.
Unfortunately, the deeper we reached, the more we realised there is so much more to know. Mildly unfortunate though, as this will just provide an excuse to return, as practice, especially under Ian\'s guidance, will one day make perfect!
Assign, Meter and Make! and again, and again...
The films are in process now, at least we took back with us a bit of Scottish light to help with the nostalgia.

Thank you for a most enjoyable and informative workshop in Glencoe, we learnt so much in the 4 days, we will endeavour to put into practice in the coming months. A big thank you also for all the practical help you gave Wendy to enable her to reach the best locations.
We\'ll definitely be attending more of your workshops in the future, you are definitely one of the very best photography guides we have been out with.
