Hi All, It appears that 23 people have read this post but only one has updated their records. Judging by the amount of emails that get bounced there must be more people that need to update their records.

The reason for updating your records is so the club can keep in touch with its members about NG type activities. Your details will not be passed onto third parties outside the club so you won't get flooded by spam emails.

Hi All, Just tried to send an email about an event next week and got 31 replies returned as the emails are no longer valid.

Could I respectfully request that if you have changed your email recently that you update your details. There is a form to do this on the front page of the website and will only take a couple of minutes.

Just sent an email around to members in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties and found another six email addresses that bounced.

Please please update your records if they have changed. As a club we would like to inform you of meetings and all things NG but if we loose your email it is difficult and expensive to stay in touch.
