A friend and I attended the candlelight graveyard tour recently and enjoyed it alot. Even though we are from this region we learned alot about the area that we didn't know before. Alan Melanson did an excellent job, and we definately got our money's worth. To top it all off we were graced by the presence of the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia.....what a surprise. I will definately make this a yearly tradition. |

As a child I was the first one in the car when Dad said we are going to the Valley!The fact that your society has realized the richness and the value of preserving the history of one our countries national treasures means more to tomorrows society than it does today.
